5. Payment Terms and Refund Policy

Refund Policy

• Full refund available if cancellation occurs 30+ days before program start
• 50% refund available if cancellation occurs 14-29 days before program start
• No refund available for cancellations less than 14 days before program start
• Refunds for medical emergencies or extraordinary circumstances may be considered case-by-case
• Processing time for approved refunds is 7-14 business days
